We ship to all world. We try to be as fast as possible to be able to ship the order as soon as possible.

DISPATCH TIMES

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

We always try to ship as quickly as possible, up to a maximum of four business days.

We are committed to shipping the order as soon as possible, but we are unable to control any delays by the carriers.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

REFUND AND RETURNS

Not happy with the product you received? Don’t worry, you can return the same to us. All you have to do is contact us within 15 days of receiving your item so that we know you are sending back the item you aren’t happy with. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Email us at info@retroarcade-player.com, with your name, and the order number, nature of the problem. Be careful if you send us to the correct address, we are not responsible if this does not happen. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
